Terms of Service

Last updated: June 26, 2026

These Terms are the agreement between you and Boast Holdings for using CheatGPT. Please read them carefully — they cover what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the important point that how you use CheatGPT is your responsibility.

Read this first

CheatGPT generates AI answers and explanations. Using it on graded quizzes, tests, exams, or assignments may violate your school's academic-integrity policy, honor code, or other rules, and could lead to consequences including failing grades or discipline. You alone are responsible for how you use the Service."Undetectable" describes how the tool works on the page — it is not a guaranteethat any particular system won't detect it, and we don't promise any specific outcome. The Service is provided for informational purposes, "as is."

01Acceptance & eligibility

By installing, accessing, or using CheatGPT — the website at cheatgpt.app, the browser extension, and the web dashboard and chat (together, the "Service") — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

02What CheatGPT is

CheatGPT is a browser extension and companion web app that reads a question you're looking at and uses artificial intelligence to generate a suggested answer or explanation, and that lets you chat with an AI assistant. The Service is a study and reference tool. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and we may set limits (such as rate limits or a one-active-device limit per subscription) to keep the Service working for everyone.

03Your account & access

You sign in with a one-time login link sent to your email, so keep access to your email secure — anyone who can open that link can access your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide an accurate email address and keep it current;
  • Use a single account, and not share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your access;
  • Respect the device limit on your plan and not attempt to circumvent activation or licensing controls;
  • Tell us promptly at support@cheatgpt.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

04Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Some features require a paid plan. Pricing is shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the plan you select, including applicable taxes.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@cheatgpt.app; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guaranteeon your first purchase of a plan. If you're not satisfied, email support@cheatgpt.app from your account email within 7 daysof that purchase and we'll refund it. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Refunds apply to the initial purchase of a plan, not to subsequent renewals.

Price changes

We may change prices. If a change affects your subscription, we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, and the new price applies on your next renewal. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or your access to it;
  • Copy, scrape, or build a competing or derivative product from the Service or its outputs in bulk;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models, except to the limited extent the law permits despite this restriction;
  • Probe, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the security, rate limits, or licensing of the Service;
  • Use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm or harass others;
  • Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any third-party platform you use it on (including Canvas/Instructure and any proctoring or exam software).

06Academic integrity & your responsibility

This is the most important part of these Terms. Many schools, colleges, and universities prohibit the use of AI tools or outside help on graded quizzes, tests, exams, and assignments. You are solely responsiblefor understanding and following your institution's academic-integrity policy, honor code, course rules, and any applicable laws, and for deciding how — and whether — to use the Service.

We don't make any representation that using the Service is permitted in your course or institution, and we don't encourage you to violate any rule. Any consequences of your use — including failing grades, academic discipline, loss of credit, or other penalties — are your responsibility, not ours. References to the Service being "undetectable" describe how it operates on the page and are not a promise that any school, instructor, proctoring tool, or other system will not detect its use or your activity. You use the Service at your own risk.

07AI output: accuracy & no guarantees

Answers, explanations, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and they may not match what your instructor expects or considers correct. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output, and outputs are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or academic advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on anything the Service produces.

08Intellectual property & your content

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Boast Holdings and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

You keep ownership of the questions, messages, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate and provide the Service — for example, sending a question to our AI provider to generate an answer. You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that doing so doesn't violate the law or anyone's rights.

09Third-party services & no affiliation

The Service works alongside third-party platforms and relies on third-party providers (such as Stripe, our AI provider, and our hosting and email providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we're not responsible for them.

CheatGPT is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instructure, Inc., Canvas, or any educational institution. "Canvas" and other names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

10Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or lead to any particular result. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

11Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOAST HOLDINGS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GRADES, ACADEMIC STANDING, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boast Holdings and its owners, employees, and providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your violation of any third party's rights or any institution's policies.

13Suspension & termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users. When access ends, your license to use the Service ends too; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

14Changes to the Service & terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Service.

15Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@cheatgpt.app so we can try to resolve it informally; most disputes can be settled that way.

If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, you and Boast Holdings agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-use matters. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis — you and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the rest of this section still applies. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out won't affect any other part of these Terms.

16General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any prior agreements.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver.Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure.We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Notices. We may send notices to your account email; you can reach us at the address below.
